Sponsorship
Reach people making a $20,000 decision, carefully
The Fertility Record publishes the federal outcome record for all 422 U.S. fertility clinics that report to the CDC, with a published ranking methodology no clinic can pay into. People arrive mid-decision, comparing specific clinics, weeks or months before they spend $15,000–$25,000 of their own money.
Where we are, plainly
This site is new. We are not going to quote you a monthly visitor number, because the honest one is small and a made-up one would be worth less than nothing — the only asset here is that the numbers on this site can be checked, and that has to include ours.
What an early sponsor is buying is a share of an audience being built, at a price that reflects the risk of being early. Most of a first sponsor's spend goes straight back out into acquiring readers — search, placement, and the research below — because a bigger audience is what makes the sponsorship worth renewing. We would rather say that out loud than dress up a rate card.
If that is too early for you, the reasonable answer is to talk again in two quarters. We would rather have that conversation than oversell this one.
What is for sale
- Site sponsorship — one clearly labeled placement, flat monthly fee. One sponsor at a time, never rotated against competitors.
- Research underwriting — support an original study like our analysis of whether the big fertility brands actually deliver better outcomes. Credited, and editorially independent: you see it when readers do.
- Data licensing — the outcome-ranked clinic dataset, for benefits teams and platforms that have to build and defend a clinic network.
What is not for sale, at any price
- Rankings. 361 clinics are scored on the federal record by a published method. No amount of money moves one, and if it did the site would be worthless to you as well as to readers.
- Per-lead or per-patient pricing. Not a preference — paying for patient referrals is a legal problem in healthcare regardless of who pays the bill, so everything here is a flat fee set in advance.
- Editorial control. Sponsors do not review research before publication.
- Reader data. Not sold, not shared, not brokered. See privacy.
Who fits
Best fit right now: fertility financing and employer fertility benefits. Both serve this audience without any question of paying for patient referrals, which keeps the arrangement clean for everyone.
Fertility clinics themselves are pointed at claimed listings instead — a different product, deliberately, because a clinic paying to reach patients on a site that ranks clinics is exactly the conflict this site exists to avoid.
