Tell us. Every figure here comes from your own CDC filing and we do not edit it — but if we have matched the wrong record to your clinic, or the registry itself is wrong, we want to know and we publish corrections. That is true whether or not you ever pay us anything.
Claiming is handled by email while the volume is small enough that a person reads every one. Paid listings, if you take one, are a flat monthly fee set in advance — never per patient, per lead or per booking.
